The challenge

Jones Lang LaSalle are one of the worlds largest Real Estate companies. They have thousands of employees that need up to date information on clients and their activities across the globe. The Client Plus team at JLL are tasked with informing the sales and accounts execs with daily insights about their clients. Previously, through manual media monitoring processes at a costly overhead of 50+ employees, covering global markets.

How AI helped

Deeper Insights™ (formerly Skim Technologies) developed a CMS that automatically identified and summarised events relating to key accounts at JLL. The prototype was built for UK sales and marketing teams, allowing them to receive a push notification in an iOS app or an automated email newsletter on a daily or weekly basis.

The result

The CMS helped reduce the manpower needed to produce the insights, from 50 people, down to three. Saving hundreds of valuable hours each week with the added benefit of providing insights to accounts teams in real time, resulting in more business being won.
