Using Deeper Insight's Data Science expertise we were able to provide Castle Trust a more accurate de-duplication of customer data, and a cleaner, more efficient data hub, reducing customer onboarding time and manual processing.
The challenge
Castle Trust bank recently acquired a business with 100k's customer data that needed to be merged into a centralized database. They then wanted to automate their key business processes around that data, and improve the speed at which they could lend money to its customers.
The solution
A three week consultation was carried out to identify the data quality and current systems and processes and research Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing techniques that can be applied to support Castle Trust in becoming more data-driven.
