EcoHedge, using Deeper Insights' DeeperDocs, efficiently extracted and organised retail environmental data, creating a user-friendly dashboard, thereby accelerating consumer understanding of their spending's environmental impact.
The challenge
EcoHedge wanted to efficiently collect, extract, and organise publicly available data on the environmental performance of retail organisations. The goal was to make this data consumer-friendly so individuals could understand the environmental impact of their spending with specific brands and shops.
The solution
Deeper Insights provided their Document Intelligence service, DeeperDocs. This end-to-end managed service used a combination of document processing, AI and Machine Learning, data aggregation, and insights to collect and extract primary data quickly and at scale. By using DeeperDocs, EcoHedge was able to significantly reduce the time that the data collection and organisation process would have taken if done manually.
The end result
With the help of DeeperDocs, EcoHedge successfully collated and organised the environmental performance data in a much shorter time frame. They created a visual dashboard that presents this data in a clear and understandable way, effectively showing the environmental impact of consumer spending with various retail brands. They also provided several recommendations for future data collection and communication, ensuring the ongoing efficiency and effectiveness of the initiative.
